Bus and train timetables

Bus Éireann

Bus and coach services are available throughout the week from all major cities, airports and train stations. Most routes that service Ennistymon stop at several points along the way.

For accurate pricing and timetables please visit the Bus Éireann website.

Iarnród Éireann

The nearest train station to Ennistymon is Ennis, where you can get a bus to bring you the rest of the way. Alternatively, you can take the train to Limerick or Galway cities, where you can hire a car.

Unfortunately, almost all the train routes that service the west of Ireland come from and go to the east! Therefore, visitors coming to the Summer School from Dublin will be well catered for but for anyone already in the west of the country, buses or a hire car are often the preferred option.
